Haven't you ever dreamt like this?
Hapi is my newest conlang and having created it in April 2020, it's probably the conlang I've worked on for the longest period of time continuously. It features a minimal phonology (similar to Old Ataman), a complex morphosyntactic alignment with ergative, accusative and tripartite features and elaborate verbal and nominal morphology.
Hapi is the prime example of a conlanging philosophy that a couple of friends and I have been practicing for a few years now. This conlanging philosophy is based on the thought that while conlangs can never reach the complexity of natural (i.e. not constructed ones) languages, by stealing features from different languages and then combining them to achieve something unique you can at least emulate the aesthetic of certain natlangs.
However, not all things Hapi are stolen: the phonology is quite unique, as well as the evidentiality, TAM and nominal case systems.
If you want to learn more about Hapi, check out my GitHub, where I push the tex file of my grammar everytime I work on it; if you'd rather have a pdf file and don't want to compile it yourself, you can wait for the monthly releases, coming on the 8th of every month (only if I've been working on it that month). You can find the newest version of the pdf here.
Thanks for reading.
